Advance BioCarbon was established as the U.S. association of EWA Technologies Group, serving as the business and technology platform for EWA's operations and advanced activities in North America. Our focus is the valorization of agricultural byproducts into high-value carbon materials—including biochar, activated carbon, and graphene—using our modular, dedicated manufacturing line.
Our zero-energy-dependency process produces biochar, activated carbon, recovered carbon black (rCB), graphene, and hydrogen. Systems are deployed at or near feedstock sources in cooperation with local biomass growers.
This model addresses structural inefficiencies in agricultural residue management while supplying domestic markets with critical carbon materials.
Our Approach
Advance BioCarbon deploys modular processing units directly at aggregation points such as shelling facilities, reducing transportation costs and improving feedstock consistency.
Biomass is converted first into biochar, a portion of which is further upgraded into activated carbon and graphene. Energy requirements are partially offset by an advanced reciprocal gasification power generation system, fed by low-value biomass or organic waste for production of heat, electricity and hydrogen. This system supports: Two-stage continuous pyrolysis; Cutting-edge chemical processes for activation, purification, and graphitization of high-quality agricultural feedstock. The result is enhanced operating efficiency, significantly reduced operating expenses (OpEx), and minimized environmental impact.
